Hi, I’m Loz!
I'm from Aotearoa, New Zealand, and my passion lies in all things health, fitness, and food!

I’ve always loved movement. I grew up immersed in gymnastics, drawn to the challenge of pushing my body and mind, the discipline of mastering new skills, and the resilience it takes to keep showing up after falling. After a stint coaching gymnastics, I quickly realised how much I loved helping others move better, feel stronger, and gain confidence through movement.

I’m a certified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with over five years of experience in the fitness industry. I've had the privilege of working with an amazing range of clients - different ages, goals, fitness levels, and life stages. Over time, I saw a common challenge: people were struggling to find nutrition advice that felt trustworthy, realistic, and aligned with their training goals. So, I decided to take things further.

I've now completed a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Human Nutrition. My approach is holistic and science-based, grounded in evidence but flexible enough to suit real life. I believe in fuelling your body with food that supports your goals, boosts your energy, and brings you joy. Because food is so much more than just fuel - it’s about connection, culture, confidence, and fun.

Travel is another big love of mine, and online coaching has allowed me to blend adventure with purpose—staying connected with clients while exploring the world.
